As a a wife and mother with a passion for social change,. My journey into the world of social entrepreneurship began in 2014, driven by a passion to make a meaningful difference. Starting without external funding, I channeled my skills and resources into creating real impact within communities.

Professional Experience

With significant roles in large charitable organisations and local authorities, I have managed six-figure grant projects and gained insight into funding mechanisms for housing, youth justice, and community organisations. In a pivotal senior managerial role, I sharpened my expertise in strategic funding and project execution.

From Vision to Reality

In 2019, I took a bold step and registered my own Community Interest Company (CIC), transitioning to part-time work. By 2020, my efforts bore fruit – I had secured six figures in grant funding, enabling me to commit full-time, build a dedicated staff team, and launch several projects supporting marginalised girls across London and Southeast England.

Leadership in Social Enterprise

Since then, my journey has been a testament to success in social enterprise. Commissioned by Southwark Council for borough-wide initiatives and funded by prestigious corporations like City Bridge Trust and the Mayor of London, I combine hands-on experience with a deep understanding of grant acquisition, strategic planning, and community engagement.

Today, as a seasoned social entrepreneur, I am committed to empowering others with dreams of driving social change. Whether it's securing non-repayable grants, strategising for social impact, or developing a CIC, I leverage my background in law and vast experience in grant management to offer expert consultancy services.
